Project Summary

The Model Group led the $80 million revitalization of the historic Mercantile Library and Formica buildings in downtown Cincinnati. Now known as The Historic Mercantile Building, this transformative project brings new life to these iconic structures, creating a vibrant mixed-use community.

The development features 172 luxury apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, and over 76,000 square feet of commercial space. The upper floors of the Mercantile Library Building have been carefully preserved to continue housing the historic Mercantile Library, a cultural treasure since 1845.
